What matters is who you are, or will be if we should work together. We totally believe the brand and products we represent are the heroes. Always. We refuse to be branded, or categorised, least of all model ourselves after anyone. And have we mentioned that we think we have no direct competitors?
Quite simply, The Ching Chong Group is a small group of talented individuals from all walks of life. We are the backroom guys; the unsung heroes; the people who actually roll up their sleeves and get down to it. Adopting the mantra of ‘Yin and Yang’ (Balance), we are a hybrid of creativity and have an allergy to everything that is normal, be it in life, at work or play.


SMALL IS THE NEW BIG
We may be small in number, but we are big on talent, heart and adrenaline. And we resist the temptation to ever be a ‘big’ agency, so we can be nimble like a ballerina while attuning to evolving markets by staying ahead.
It will be, however, impossible to achieve ideal marketing objectives without a healthy and dynamic relationship with our clients. So transparency is the key here across the board, as we strive towards uncomplicated processes without internal and external office politics and conflict.
This, in turn, translates into great savings, ideas and strategies for our clients, while keeping paperwork minimal and communication lines open with shorter chains of command, as we dedicate ourselves to making your brand big, or maybe even the biggest. Because we don’t do run-of-the-mill ideas, we, therefore, do not expect lesser results when working with our clients.
